  • A face covering is required at all times while on the shuttle.
  • Be sure your face covering is on before you board the shuttle and wear it during the trip.
  • Your face covering may be removed to drink, but please put it back on when you’re done.
  • Keep in mind that a face covering can be a mask or any secured cloth like a scarf or bandana covering your nose and mouth.

Shuttle FAQ

Can I buy a single day shuttle pass?
We are currently only offering two day shuttle passes. Single-day shuttle passes will be available when single-day festival tickets go on sale.

I can't make it one of the days. Can I let a friend use my shuttle pass after I have?
No. Your ticket and wristband is non-transferable.

Will my shuttle wristband be shipped with my festival wristband?
If you ordered a festival wristband and a shuttle wristband in the same order, yes. Wristbands are shipped per order.

How long is the shuttle travel time?
Estimated shuttle travel time is 45-60 minutes each way from DFW Metro area, and 20 minutes each way from Desoto.

When will I receive my shuttle wristband?
Wristbands will be given out at the shuttle location. Please be sure to bring your PDF ticket that will be emailed to you when you make your purchase. For questions, please contact us.

Can I use my shuttle wristband to access the festival?
No. A festival wristband is required for festival access. Shuttle wristbands are for shuttle transfers only.

What kind of shuttle will we be riding on?
We use top of the line air conditioned charter buses.

Can I bring food & drinks on the shuttle?
No. However, bottles of water will be provided to each shuttle guest upon boarding.

What sanitation procedures will be in place between trips?
Each shuttle's high touch areas, including seats, armrests, handles, windows, and seat belts, will be wiped-down with a CDC recommended disinfectant after every shuttle transfer.


If you plan to drive, be advised that parking lots open at 1:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Standard parking is $20 per day at GATE 1, 2, and 3. Premium parking is available for $30 a day at GATE 4. Cash or credit card are accepted upon arrival.

Accessible Parking

ADA parking is available to patrons with valid handicap placards, plates and/or permits, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them.

Please follow signage to GATE 4 or ask staff upon entering the festival how to access the lot.
