We are combining elements of both festival brands to develop a new experience that incorporates some of the festival features, art and experiences associated with each event.

Will the lineup be the same for Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky?

Given the dynamic situation associated with the Coronavirus pandemic, Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky is working to develop the lineup, which will be announced when the global situation becomes more stable.

Will the lineup be released before the last day for refunds?

We’re working hard to expedite the lineup, but at this time the announcement date is to be determined.

I used a credit/debit card that is no longer active. How do I receive a refund?

On the refund form, please enter the old card number used to make the purchase. If the refund does not post to the account, we will reach out to you directly to assist.

I paid with two credit/debit cards, how do I get my money back?

All charges would be returned to the original form of payment. In this case, both cards would receive the appropriate portion of the refunded amount.

How does it work if I transferred my ticket to someone else?

Per the ticketing terms, Ubbi Dubbi will refund the account that was used to make the purchase.

For example, if you purchased tickets from someone else, you need to request a refund from the person you purchased the ticket from. Conversely, if you sold your ticket to someone else, you need to refund the person who bought it from you.

The parking situation for Freaky Deaky was challenging last year. How are the plans being revised?

We learned a lot from last year’s event and developed a new egress plan alongside The City of Baytown and Texas State Highway Patrol, who will aid our plans to help fans exit quickly and safely. We are also exploring RV and car camping. More details will be announced.

Finding Uber and Lyft rides was challenging in 2019. Are you going to do something different this year?

We will coordinate with rideshare providers, as well as offer shuttles to major hotel locations, such as Baytown & Houston.

Both festivals have their own unique experience, how are you going to combine them?

Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky will be a Halloween themed event. That said, our plan is to bring in some of the experiential elements related to Ubbi Dubbi 2020.

Can I upgrade my ticket when the new event goes on sale?

Upgrades may be available once tickets go on-sale to the general public.

I booked an AirBnB or VRBO. How do I receive the refund?

For fans who elected to book private accommodations, such as AirBnB or VRBO, we recommend you contact the major providers directly, but only if the host rejected your refund first. You should request a refund under a “force majeure” event, as the City of Arlington is under a stay at home order and large gathering ban.

I applied for a refund, but changed my mind and would like to attend. Is it possible to change it?
